So today we left behind Puno and Lake Titcaca and set off for another wonderful day on the bus! We made a few stops along the way this time. Our first stop was in Sillustani, an ancient burial ground.
The bodies were buried in towers above the ground. The towers symbolizes going back into the mothers womb.
We also stopped along the way to take a look at some Alpacas.
We got to the Valley de Colca that evening and stayed in a rather nice hotel.
